Job Description:

Recruiting coordinators focus on one thing – find the right person for a job by posting job listings, coordinating between human resources and the hiring manager. Attend job fairs and visit college campuses to recruit employees that fit well into the organization’s employment needs.   Other duties include:

  1. Interview candidates.
  2. Contact a job applicant’s references to validate references.
  3. Provide job applicants with all the information they need about a job, from specific job duties to expectations and the possibility of advancement.
  4. Oversee or conduct new employee orientation.

  Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields, such as business.
