Desktop Field Specialist
Responsibilities:
Performs all services necessary to install and move desktop and peripheral connections. Maintains complete and accurate documentation involving completion of service request, resolutions of issues reported through the customer support line or approved project work requests. Consistently communicates technical issues with other members of the team. Trains and orients end-user staff and provides feedback to manager as appropriate.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience.
Other Qualification:
Experience: 1-3 desktop support
Special Skills: Desktop computer technology (windows 7/8). Printer maintenance and support.
